Due to the intimate nature of underwear and swimwear, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on worn items for hygiene reasons. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, so here’s how we handle things:
Returns & Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in resellable condition — we reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet this standard.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — we’ve got you. Reach out to us at support@badbui.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Underwear and swimwear that have been worn, tried on without protective liners, or show any signs of use.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@badbui.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide next steps and a return address.
